Dukkan

A bilingual storefront: English and Arabic, right-to-left done properly, fast on a phone.

Client engagements are private under NDA. These systems are our own builds, shown to demonstrate the standard we deliver.

Dukkan storefront in Arabic: a right-to-left product grid with prices and categories, and the English edition a switch away.

The problem it addresses

Most “Arabic” storefronts are English themes with translated strings. The layout never truly flips, numerals and prices fight the text, and trust dies exactly where the region buys: on a phone, in Arabic, at checkout.

What the system does

  1. 01A full right-to-left edition, not a mirrored afterthought: layout, type, product cards and checkout all set for Arabic.
  2. 02One catalogue, two languages: products, categories and content edited once and rendered in both editions.
  3. 03Static-first pages that stay fast on mid-range phones and weak connections.
  4. 04Cart, search and filters that behave identically in both directions.
  5. 05Room for how the region actually pays: local gateways and cash on delivery treated as first-class flows.

Architecture

A static storefront on the edge with a headless commerce API behind it: pages pre-rendered per language, with the cart hydrated client-side only where needed.
