Privacy, in plain language.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no tracking scripts and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts are served from this domain. There is nothing to accept or decline.

On this site

If you choose a currency, your browser remembers the choice on your own device. It is never sent to us.

Like any web host, our host processes standard request data (IP address, browser, the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to profile visitors.

When you email, message or book a call

We receive what you send: your name, email address or number, company, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

The booking page is run by a scheduling service with its own privacy policy, which applies to the details you enter there.

Client data in a project

Client data is covered by the contract, the NDA and, where needed, a data processing agreement. It lives in your cloud or region of choice, as agreed, and is not used to train any model.

Analytics

None today. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics later, this page will say which service and what it records before it goes live.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Services we use, and why

Each one processes only what it needs for the purpose named.

• +Cloudflare: hosting and delivering this site, and receiving form submissions once forms are switched on.
• +Zoho Mail: hosting our email. When you write to us, your message and address are stored in our Zoho mailbox.
• +Resend: sending transactional email, such as the reply to a form you submit.
• +Telegram: internal alerts to us when a new enquiry arrives.
• +Anthropic: processing documents you send for “Show us your documents”, and scope requests once Instant Scope is live.

Documents you send for “Show us your documents” are used only to build and score your extractor, and deleted after 30 days. Please redact anything you would not want a stranger to see.
